Erica Ludwikowski joined the Drexel women's soccer staff in February of 2026. She serves as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the program.
Before joining the Dragons, she spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Cleveland State, where she helped spearhead recruiting initiatives, coordinated showcases and team travel, and managed the transfer portal, in addition to assisting with training sessions and game-day responsibilities. Under her tenure, she helped develop two All-Horizon League performers and one Horizon League All-Academic Team selection.
Prior to her time in Cleveland, Ludwikowski spent four seasons at Division II Slippery Rock, beginning her coaching career as a graduate student assistant before being elevated to an assistant coach for the 2022 season. During her tenure with The Rock, the program posted a 31-12-13 overall record and made three appearances in the PSAC Tournament. The team also produced 15 All-PSAC players, two CoSIDA All-Americans and four PSAC Team GPA awards.
Before making the leap to coaching, Ludwikowski spent four seasons at Rider, where she was a four-time MAAC All-Academic honoree. She appeared in 41 games, making eight starts, and was chosen as the Class of 2020 representative on the Rider women's soccer leadership team. She received her dual bachelor's degree in sport management and leadership from Rider University in 2020 and went on to obtain a master's degree in student affairs in higher education from Slippery Rock in 2022.
