In her first stint at Drexel, Irvine spent three seasons as an assistant coach for the Dragons’ field hockey team from 2010-12. During the 2012 season, the Dragons captured their first CAA Championship title and appeared in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
In January, 2011, she was a speaker at the National Field Hockey Coaches Association annual convention. In the spring of that same year, she was also awarded Level II coaching accreditation from USA Field Hockey.
