Dragons Tied for Fourth After Day Two of J.T. Poston Invitational

WAYNESVILLE, N.C. – The Drexel golf team finished the second day of the J.T. Poston Invitational tied for fourth, after completing 36 holes 2-under-par 558. Caleb Taylor finished the second round shooting 1-over-par 71. The senior has shot a five-under-par 135 through 36 holes.
The Dragons shot a 5-over-par 285 on the second day of the three-day event to sustain their under-par play. The team is one of five teams shooting under-par in the 15-team field. Jacob Haberstumpf is tied for 17th after 36 holes after shooting even-par.
Southern Mississippi leads the field, shooting 9-under-par. The hosts, Western Carolina, are in second, while Kennesaw State is in third. Drexel and Wofford are behind by three strokes.
