Five Team IMPACT Fellows Selected for Fellowship Summit

PHILADELPHIA – Lauren Boyce of women's rowing, Marti Sanabria and Maya Williams of field hockey and Leah Schnee of women's soccer were named Team IMPACT Fellows for 2025-26 and all attended a Fellowship Summit hosted by Team IMPACT on July 16 at Boston University. Youssef Bahgat was also named a Team IMPACT Fellow and received an invite for the summit, though he was unable to attend.
"The 2025 Team Impact Summit was an unforgettable experience," the Dragons who attended said in a joint statement. "It was amazing to meet hundreds of other dedicated DI, DII, and DIII NCAA athletes who are all equally passionate about the work we're doing. We are excited to integrate the organization onto our campus in the coming years."
Over the course of the three-day summit, attendees spent their time learning about the functions of a Team IMPACT Fellow and how they can make a difference as a Student-Athlete. The Summit featured different speakers such as Krissie Kelleher, the CEO of Team IMPACT.
Last season, Drexel had three teams who were matched with a Team IMPACT Member. Looking ahead to 2025-26, men's basketball, men's rowing, and wrestling will continue to work with their Team IMPACT Member.
