Bonnemark Named to Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area Women’s At-Large Team

PHILADELPHIA- Moa Bonnemark of the Drexel women's squash team was named to the 2024-25 Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area Women's At-Large Team, as announced on Wednesday.
To qualify for Academic All-Area honors, a student-athlete must be in their second year or above and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher. The team is selected through a vote by the sports information offices of 30 institutions in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
Bonnemark, a junior from Malmo, Sweden, is majoring in Criminology and Justice Studies and holds a 3.36 GPA. On the court, she competed exclusively at the top of Drexel's ladder, playing all 17 matches at the No. 1 position this season. She earned First Team All-MASC honors and notched several key victories over top-15 opponents, including five-set wins over Tufts and Dartmouth, along with a straight-set win against Georgetown's top player. Her efforts helped Drexel close out the season ranked No. 10 in the final CSA national rankings.
