Mission:
The Drexel University Strength and Conditioning Staff members are dedicated to developing the student-athlete and more importantly the individual. Our goals are to build confidence on and off the playing field, to improve athletic performance and prevent injuries.
Our athletes train using a variety of strength training techniques. Athletes are trained in the areas of Olympic weightlifting, speed and quickness development, bands, injury prevention, plyometrics, core, balance, medicine ball training, stability ball training, flexibility, nutrition and agility.

Walter Spiro Varsity Weight Room 7:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday - Friday
