2014-15: Concluded his collegiate career as the all-time program leader in doubles wins with 47…went 12-9 playing primarily No. 3 doubles as the team’s doubles specialist with partner Badr Ouabdelmoumen…named Colonial Athletic Association Doubles Performer of the Week with Ouabdelmoumen on Feb. 25...beat Yale, 8-1, in doubles at the Penn Invitational…advanced to the third round of Flight 3 singles at the Saint Joseph’s Invitational.
2013-14: Ended season with a 6-6 singles record…in the fall, defeated U.S. Military Academy opponent in round of 16, and Delaware opponent in semifinals at SJU Invitational…grabbed singles wins over Loyola and Lehigh as well as a doubles win over Loyola at the Lehigh invitational…in the spring, recorded a singles and a doubles win against Lehigh and then against St. Peter’s…beat St. Francis (Pa.)and then Temple in doubles with partner Badr Oubdelmoumen…won in singles, 7-6, 6-2, against St. Bonaventure at the Army Invitational…picked up singles and doubles wins against Howard…beat Hofstra and then James Madison in doubles…recorded singles and doubles wins against Morgan State…won against St. Joseph’s in doubles…helped Drexel defeat Delaware (4-3) with an 8-2 doubles win…competed in doubles at the CAA Championships.
2012-13: Had an impressive fall season in doubles going 8-1… won Flight Two in doubles at Hampton Roads…won the Saint Joseph’s Invitational in doubles…had a quarterfinal appearance at Penn Invitational…picked up the only win for Drexel against inner city rival Saint Joseph’s, 8-6, in doubles.
2011-12: Reached semifinal of his heat at Saint Joseph’s Invitational…finished his freshman season with two wins in singles play and five in doubles play, including four coming with Jeganathan Srinivasan.
Background: Played four years of varsity tennis at North Kingstown High School, including three years at the No. 1 singles position...a three-time First Team All-Rhode Island selection, following a Second Team selection as a freshman...a three-time team MVP...Rhode Island state finalist in singles in 2010 and 2011...also ran cross country as a freshman and sophomore.
Personal: Son of Rita and Peter Hansen...intends to major in engineering.
