Zelenak, Drexel Alumni Selected for U.S. Masters Indoor World Cup Teams

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Drexel will be represented on the international stage as Denise Zelenak, along with a group of Dragon alumni and staff, have been selected to participate in the 2026 World Masters Hockey (WMH) Masters Indoor World Cup.
The event will take place March 26–31 in Nottingham, England and will feature teams from around the world, including Australia, Belgium, Canada, England, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and more.
Zelenak has been named to the U.S. O-55 Women's Masters Team and will compete for Team USA at the event.
Drexel will also be represented by alumna Sandra Cook, who was selected to the U.S. O-45 Women's Masters Team.
In addition to player representation, the Dragons will have a presence on the sidelines. Alumna Allyson Fuller will serve as head coach of the U.S. O-55 Women's Masters Team, while Marti Sanabria has been named an assistant coach for the U.S. O-35 Women's Masters Team.
The U.S. Women's Masters program will compete across five age divisions (O-35, O-45, O-55, O-60 and O-65), while the men's program will field teams in four divisions.
Zelenak and the rest of Team USA will begin competition later this month as they represent the United States on the international stage.
