Homecoming Festivities Begin on Friday

PHILADELPHIA - Drexel University's 2024 Homecoming, presented by Barnes and Noble is set to begin Friday, Jan. 19 and continue through Sunday, Jan. 21.
Homecoming weekend gets underway Friday with the women's tennis team competing against Rider at noon on Vidas Courts. The day continues with the Kick-Off Bonfire at 5 p.m. on the Race Street Lawn. Festivities include making s'mores and hot chocolate. There will also be an opportunity to pick up merchandise. The women's basketball team will face longtime-rival Hofstra at the Daskalakis Athletic Center at 6 p.m. It will be Pride Night at the DAC. Tickets are available here.
Saturday, both men's and women's swimming and diving host the Towson Tigers on Senior Day. The first race is slated for 11 a.m. At noon, there will be a tailgate in the Rec Center Lobby as the inflatable pub has been moved indoors due to weather. Tickets can be purchased here.
Men's basketball closes the day with the annual Homecoming Game against conference-rival Delaware at 2 p.m. – Rally towels will be provided courtesy of game sponsor Rothman Orthopaedics. Experience the Drexel FanZone in the Blue and Gold room before and during the game. Tickets to the Homecoming Game are available in limited capacity here.
There is more action Sunday at the DAC to cheer on the women's basketball team against Monmouth at 1 p.m. Tickets for the game against the Hawks can be purchased here. Wrestling rounds out the weekend as it takes on nationally-ranked Stanford at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are available here.
