Golf Finishes 12th in Wolfpack Spring Open

Raleigh, N.C. – Drexel Golf finished the weekend at the Wolfpack Spring Open in 12th place. As a whole, the Dragons shot 315 in the first round and 309 in the second to complete the tournament with a total team score of 624.
Leading the Dragons was Christopher Crawford, who carded a 72-73—145 to finish tied for eighth place on the weekend. The freshman made six birdies on his way to the top-ten finish. Senior Benjamin Feld shot a 78 and 73 to combine for 151, which left him tied for 31st place. Fellow senior James Braunsberg scored a 161, while Andrew Lawson carded 167 and Ben Hinge earned a 173.
This tournament concluded the regular season for the Dragons, as they will head to Southport, North Carolina next weekend to compete in the CAA Championship. The conference tournament will be held April 26-28.
