Drexel Golf Tied for 11th Place at the Wolfpack Spring Open

Raleigh, N.C. – The Drexel men's golf team tied for 11^th overall out of 17 teams with a final score of 616 at the 2012 Wolfpack Spring Open hosted by North Carolina State. North Carolina State knocked off Lamar for first place with a round score of 577 at the 7,358 yard Lonnie Poole Golf Course.

Drexel's Benjamin Feld tied for 13^th place out of 90 participating golfers after shooting a 73 and 74 for total score of 147. Lamar's Luke Jerling took first with 139. James Braunsberg tied for 40^th overall with a round score of 153. Michael Serensits penciled in at 156 for 57^th place. Vincent Anagnos shot a 160, while James Parsons finished with a 179.

The Dragons will return to action on Wednesday, April 25 at the UNCW Match hosted at the Vicmead Hunt Club in Wilmington, Delaware. Competition will kick off at 3:00 p.m.
