Athlete of the Week: Frey and Nacickaite

Philadelphia – Kyle Frey (Washington, N.J./Warren Hills) of wrestling and Kamile Nacickaite (Siauliai, Lithuania / Regis Jesuit (Colo.) of women's basketball were named Athlete of the Week from Monday, February 6 through February 12 by Drexel Athletics.
Frey went a perfect 2-0 over the weekend picking up wins against Brown's Marcos Aranda and Boston's Kevin Innis. The senior heavy weight outscored his opponents 13-3, including a 10-2 major decision over Aranda for his fourth major of the season. Frey edged CAA foe Innis, 3-1, in a hard fought match to move to 3-1 in the CAA, while posting a 21-5 overall mark and 13-1 in dual record. He is now ranked No. 19 on InterMat.com's heavy weight list.
Nacickaite put together her first double-double of the season on Sunday, leading the Dragons past Northeastern with 18 points and a season-high 11 rebounds. She shot 7-of-13 from the field, with the .538 shooting percentage marking her second-highest output of the season (.571, 8-14 at Pitt on 11/26). Nacickaite also tied for the team lead with four assists.
Wrestling returns to action on Tuesday, February 7 when they host Rider at 7:00 p.m. in the Daskalakis Athletic Center. The women's basketball team plays on Thursday, February 9 at home against CAA's James Madison.
