Drexel Basketball Opens Single-Game Ticket Sales For 2009-10 Season

Philadelphia - Single-game tickets are now available for Drexel men's and women's basketball games during the upcoming 2009-10 season. Fans can get their tickets online at DrexelDragons.com or by calling the Drexel Ticket Office at 866-4-DREXEL.
Basketball season is right around the corner and the men's and women's team are preparing for their fight to the top of the CAA! Drexel Athletics wants to give all fans the opportunity to get individual, group, and mini game packages early. All tickets, including the continuous sale of season tickets, begin Monday, October 12 at 9:00 a.m.
For the first year Drexel Athletics is proud to announce the option of a 5-Game Package which includes YOUR CHOICE of three men's DAC games and two women's DAC games. The total cost of all five games is only $30! Call 866-4-DREXEL to purchase your 5-Game Package and be ready to pick the games you would like to attend (5-Game Pack is not available online).
For the 2009-10 season, the men's team takes on non-conference opponents Penn (Palestra), St. Francis (PA), Rhode Island, and host the 2009 Legends Classic (Vermont, Cornell, Toledo). Men's regular season individual adult tickets at the DAC are $9*. Groups of 20+ are invited to enjoy Drexel basketball together for only $7* per ticket. Youth under ages 12 and under continue to be free of cost.
The Drexel ticket office will also be selling individual tickets to the Drexel men vs. Penn game at the Palestra on November 24 for $20. Legends Classic adult tickets start at $15* per day for two games. The best deal is to purchase the Legends Classic Tournament package for only $35*, which includes all six games from November 27-29.
The defending CAA champion women's basketball team invites non-conference opponents Penn State, Bucknell, Penn and Princeton to the DAC. Adult tickets are only $5* and youth ages 12 and under are welcome to come to any game free of charge. All groups of 20+ individuals can reserve tickets in advance for only $3*.
Fans can purchase and print tickets online by visiting www.drexeltickets.com or over the phone by calling 866-4-DREXEL. For group tickets, please call 866-4-DREXEL to coordinate with a ticket representative. Fans can also visit the DAC Ticket Office, located at on 33rd and Market Streets, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm to purchase tickets in person.
