As she closes out the final season of one of the greatest careers the conference has seen to date, Marginean took home her third First Team All-CAA Honor on Thursday. In addition, the league recognized her outstanding achievements as a leader on and off the court by naming her a co-recipient of the Dean Ehlers Leadership Award at its annual Women's Basketball Awards Banquet. Five Dragons also received All-Academic recognition led by Marisa Crane, who was a First Team All-Academic selection. Drexel (3-5) will face a field that includes Bucknell, Morgan State, St. Francis (Pa.), Seton Hall and the host Retrievers.  The team has been off for a week following a strong showing at the UC - Santa Barbara Gaucho Classic in which the Dragons knocked off the host Gauchos and also won in walk-off fashion against Wisconsin. The Junior Women's National Championship is a developmental program for the U.S. National Field Hockey Team. The Dragons had seven wrestlers place in the top four, highlighted by Mytych's triumph, the first conference title for a Drexel wrestler since Chris Cowan won the heavyweight title in 2005. As a team, the Dragons finished fourth with Binghamton taking the CAA team title.
