Women's Lacrosse to Celebrate Senior Day at Vidas Field

Philadelphia - The Drexel women's lacrosse team will host Wagner in a non-conference game played on Vidas Field on Tuesday, April 21 at 4:00 p.m. Prior to the game, Josie Haller, Kimberly Kabernagel and Lauren LaBella will be honored as part of Senior Day festivities. The Dragons will be looking to use the home finale to snap a seven-game losing streak.

Drexel is led in scoring by Katie Lawson and Charlotte Wood who each have 35 points this season. Lawson has a team-high 32 goals while Wood has 29 goals and six assists. Becca Drylie-Perkins has contributed 25 goals this season. Wagner's top scorer is Kelly Blundin who has racked up 46 points on 25 goals and 21 assists while Carolyn Clark has totaled 29 goals.

Women's Soccer

Ashley Klun scored the game-winning goal for Drexel in a 1-0 win over UMBC in the women's soccer season opener at Vidas Field. Klun netted her first strike of the season with less than seven minutes left in the contest.
