1.) Online: A customer may place an individual game order online by visiting www.drexeltickets.com. All orders online must be paid with credit card and printed out at home. Someone unable to print out their ticket must call the Athletics Ticket Office at 866-4-DREXEL to request their ticket(s) to be held at Will Call.
2.) Phone: Order by telephone through the ticket office at 866-4-DREXEL with a Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Tickets will be mailed to the customers 10 days prior to the event ($3 mailing fee). Tickets purchased within 10 days of the event will be held at Will Call.
3.) Walk Up:Visit the Athletic Ticket Office located in the Daskalakis Athletic Center (DAC), located on 33rd and Market Streets, during regular business hours.
4.) Game Day: Based on availability, tickets are available when doors open, one hour before tip-off. There are no guarantees tickets will be available at the door each game.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Drexel Athletics accepts cash, credit card, or checks made payable to “Drexel University.” Any processing fees are nonrefundable. All sales are final upon completion of transaction.

Season tickets will be mailed one to two weeks prior to the first home contest. Single game tickets will be mailed to customers 10 days prior to the event. Tickets purchased within 10 days of an event will be held at will call.
Will Call:
To retrieve tickets from Will Call, the customer must show a valid ID. Tickets can only be released to the individual identified on the order. If there is a need to change the Will Call name, the original customer must contact the Drexel Ticket Office at 866-4-DREXEL.
